On the 14th of June, 2021, Women Empowerment Organization welcomed a delegation from the Directorate General of Martyrs and Anfal Affairs.
The delegation highlighted the appreciable projects that WEO has provided to the directorate especially during the blessed month of Ramadan.
It is noteworthy that WEO distributed 100 food baskets and hygiene kits to 100 martyrs and necessitous families which was donated by a philanthropist. The food baskets included rice, flour, lentil, groats, beans, sugar, salt, and other essential dry food items.
Women Empowerment Organization, in turn, expressed their gratitude to the Directorate General of Martyrs and Anfal Affairs for their cooperation.
Both, WEO and the delegation mentioned the necessity of increasing coordination between both parties to provide wider, and more effective projects.
