WEO team organized a workshop training on 27/07/2020 about (Gender-Based Violence #GBV in times of COVID-19 pandemic) for community gatekeepers in Alwand-1 IDP camp, Diyala Khanaqin targeting 14 participants (teachers, university professors, volunteers, guards, female/male social workers from camp management, Khanzad NGO, Archenova, LCN and Blumont organization). The aim of the training was addressing the effective communication strategies to counter and prevent GBV ensuring ready access to GBV services during the response to COVID-19 as well as promoting knowledge and access to basic rights for women and girls during the COVID-19 pandemic.
