Women Empowerment Organization (WEO) conducted training on starting and developing small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as part of the“Employment Prospects for Socio-economic Integration (EPSI) for refugees, IDPs, Returnees and Host Communities” project . The initiative, funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and supported by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, aimed to enhance participants’ skills in managing and growing their businesses, thereby contributing to their economic and social empowerment.
