Employment Prospects for Socio-economic Integration (EPSI) project for refugees, IDPs, returnees, and host communities


On November 26–27, 2025

Women Empowerment Organization (WEO) conducted the Employability and Soft Skills Training for the On-the-Job Learning activity in Erbil under the Employment Prospects for Socio-economic Integration (EPSI) project for refugees, IDPs, returnees, and host communities in Iraq. The project is funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and supported by GIZ.

The training focused on strengthening participants’ interpersonal, communication, resume writing, and professional skills to enhance their readiness for workplace-based learning and long-term employment.
