Women Empowerment Organization (WEO) in partnership with the Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy (NIMD), and in cooperation with The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs is implementing the “Democracy Education for Youth in Iraq” program. The objective of this program is to empower the upcoming generation of female and male leaders in Iraq and equip them with the necessary knowledge and skills to foster a deeper understanding of the concept of democracy and its promotion in Iraq.

The third round of School of Democracy (SoD) targets 26 ambitious young females and males who aspired to become a leader. These individuals hail from diverse backgrounds across Iraq. The school consists of a number of training sessions (4/5 days per training session) and various events.
