Ms. Suzan Aref, President of Women Empowerment Organization, participated as one of the keynote speakers in the launching event of the joined policy report "Listening to Women's Rights Organizations: the UK’s #Gender and #WPS Practice in Iraq" on the Women, Peace, and Security Agenda and the practices of international donors, and how the United Kingdom can help to guarantee the rights of women in #Iraq.
The event was organized by the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Women and Peace in #London in collaboration with Gender Action for Peace and Security (GAPS) and The University of Sheffield.
