How does a job seeker benefit?
Through this project 165 male and female beneficiaries, with a particular focus on returnees from Germany and other European Union countries, will be placed into jobs in private sector companies. The participants will benefit from a six-month employment opportunity accompanied by a series of training sessions delivered before entering the workplaces, in addition to the apprenticeship received by the hosting private sector companies for the mentioned duration.
How does a company benefit?
The private sector companies will benefit from the skills and knowledge of male and female job seekers, and conversely, the companies will contribute to the project by employing the job seekers, and providing on-job training. The project provides financial support complemented by the company’s contribution by paying a sum of the employee’s monthly salary.
