On April 9, the second training course was concluded as part of the Democracy Education for Youth in Iraq Program, with the aim of training young leaders on the mechanisms of participatory democracy and its obstacles, independent bodies and political reform, administrative decentralization and political decentralization.
Implemented by Women Empowerment Organization in partnership with the Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy, funded by the Embassy of the Netherlands in Iraq and UNDP.
