Women Empowerment Organization, in partnership with the Baghdad Women Association and funded by GFFO under the CAFI project, successfully held a three-day workshop in Erbil. The training focused on “Cultural Sensitivity and Prevention Strategies in Response to Violence Against Women and Girls, and Support for Survivors, with a focus on the impact of Climate Change and effective response strategies.”
The event brought together 25 Women Lead organizations from across Iraq, aiming to equip participants with vital knowledge and skills. The workshop fostered an engaging environment where participants explored practical strategies to enhance their response capabilities in their respective communities.
